I learned the books from inside the businesses that depend on them. Before Carolus Advisory, I ran two construction companies in Las Vegas — VIP Building Co. and Eminence Construction — and I hold a Nevada B-2 General Building Contractor license.
I've spent more than eight years in construction finance: WIP schedules, AIA G702/G703 progress billing, percentage-of-completion reporting and certified payroll.
I founded Carolus Advisory in San Diego to bring that experience to owners who would rather build their business than chase their books.
